Step 1. The initial step is to visit the official website of FSSAI. 


Step 2. Select “Apply/Licence registration” from the menu. The homepage contains a link to this option.    


Step 3. The next step is to decide the state where you want to establish your fruit business. The list of states can be found in the drop-down menu.  


Step 4. Click on the “Trade/retail” option and select the appropriate option; retailer, exporter, storage, wholesaler, distributor, and other choices are among those on this list.  


Step 5. Click on the “Apply for Registration” option on the following page. 


Step 6. Then choose between the two options: "Apply for a State licence" or "Apply for a central licence."


Step 7. Complete Form-A or Form-B with the necessary information. Then select the “Save and Next” option.  


Step 8. Upload all of the required documents and proceed with the process. 


Step 9. After uploading the documents, you must make the payment. The form includes a list of various payment options. You can make a payment using any of the available payment methods. Submit the form.  


Step 10. Then FSSAI officials will examine and verify every document. They will also inspect your food company if necessary.  


Step 11. Finally, if you meet all of the necessary criteria, FSSAI Officials will issue you an FSSAI License Certificate. You can get FSSAI licence online for your fruit company by downloading it from the official website.
